Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

Welcome to Steliux. By accessing our platform or utilizing our logistics services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Steliux provides a digital logistics interface that facilitates:

  • Intelligent Global Freight: International air, sea, and land transport.
  • Secure Elite Consignment: High-security, priority handling for sensitive goods.
  • Rapid Cargo Problem Solver: Real-time data analytics and rerouting services.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Steliux platform, you agree to:

  • Accuracy of Data: Provide precise dimensions, weights, and descriptions of cargo. Incorrect data may lead to additional fees or delays.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all shipments comply with the laws of the origin, transit, and destination countries (e.g., restricted items in the UAE or customs regulations in Sweden).
  • Prohibited Items: Not use the service to transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials without prior written authorization and proper documentation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Transit Times: While our "Rapid Cargo Problem Solver" minimizes delays, all delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed, unless specifically booked under an "Elite Guarantee" contract.
  • Force Majeure: Steliux is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, strikes, port congestions, or global health emergencies.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Standard Liability: Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to international conventions (e.g., Montreal Convention for air, Hague-Visby for sea).
  • Elite Coverage: For high-value consignments, users are encouraged to purchase additional cargo insurance through the Steliux interface to cover the full declared value of the goods.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Quotes: Shipping quotes are valid for 24 hours due to fluctuating fuel surcharges and carrier rates.
  • Additional Charges: Users are responsible for all duties, taxes, and unforeseen storage fees incurred during the customs clearance process in the destination country.

6. Termination of Use

Steliux reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access if a user is found to be in violation of international trade sanctions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to settle outstanding invoices.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court.
